We review our quality policy on yearly basis by evaluating our services in light of customer feed back forms, complaints received , business analysis , internal audits, training programs , CPA ( Corrective and Preventive Actions ) system and evaluation of important KPI’s. Monthly MR ( Management Review ) meetings are conducted in order to assess the compliance of our management system and make necessary changes for further improvement.
